Celebrated screenwriter Abel Mutua has once again opted to keep mum on his daughter Mumbus's Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) results.
Abel, during an interview at the Terence Creatives's Wash Wash 4 premiere, expressed the shared excitement he and his wife, Judy Nyawira, felt about their daughter heading to a boarding school.

He elaborated on their immense joy, highlighting that they were beyond delighted that their daughter performed exceptionally well, securing a spot in a prestigious high school.

Kenyans had previously asked the celebrity couple to make their daughter's results public because they were publicly sharing her school journey.
However, the former Tahidi High actor clarified that their daughter, Mumbus, is now active on social media and urged netizens to ask her about her results.
Abel, Judy on making up for lost time
Abel shared that Mumbus managed to secure a chance in a reputable boarding secondary school way before the government officially began placing the 2023 candidates in high schools.
The YouTuber also reminisced about the youthful days when he and Judy conceived Mumbus.
He playfully declared their intention to make up for lost partying time, planning to commence festivities on January 10 after enrolling her in a secondary school on January 9.
According to Abel, he was a mere 24 years old when Mumbus entered their lives, while his wife Judy was just 23.

Earlier, Abel's wife opened up about how she noticed her daughter Mumbus was almost leaving their house for high school.
Judy and her daughter talked about preparations they were both making for Mumbus to clear her primary school education.
Mumbus also noted that she was trying hard to meet her dad's set pass mark, which had been capped at 80% for all subjects.
"I realised my time with you has become very limited. Sometimes we will see each other in the morning, sometimes we don't," she said.
