Akothee paraded her rehearsals online, and her fellow students showed her love as most struggled to take a picture with her.
The students at Mount Kenya University (MKU), also doing their rehearsals, could not keep calm when they saw her.
The musician was heavily guarded as she attended the rehearsals.

In a separate story, the mother of five showered Omosh with praise, noting that he was the reason she finished her degree.
Akothee revealed that when she met her now-ex, they moved to the village, and that gave her a conducive environment to study.
"Having met my ex-husband helped me finalise my degree. With that, I gave him applause because when we settled in the village, I was very calm, and I could embark on my studies. Babe, I went into a classroom without a leakage and everything was flowing because my emotions were arrested. I was okay, and I was happy."
