He shared a video of their meeting on his Facebook page, stating that he intended to give Amos something to make him forget his troubles.

In an interview with TUKO.co.ke, Kabu expressed confidence that by the time the getaway was over, Amos would come back anew.

"Apart from the four-day holiday, we are also getting him a counsellor to take him through the healing process," he said.

The kindhearted entrepreneur disclosed that he had a lengthy talk with Amos, where he opened up about his heartbreak.

Stop spreading malice, Kabu

Kabu was joyful that the would-be groom may have been affected psychologically but was improving.

He noted that he would have wished to take Amos and Nelly on honeymoon, but the turn of events means only one is going.

The CEO also took issue with social media users commenting on the ongoing saga, adding that it affects people.

"Before you post, it is important to get the details and be sure that you can verify the information," he advised.

To new beginnings

Kabu advised Amos to stop dwelling on the past, overcome the situation and embrace new beginnings.

To help him go through the phase quickly, the businessman asked counsellors willing to offer services for free to reach out.

"Even if you get another woman during that holiday, come back with her; we shall plan the wedding afresh," he said lightly.

Kabu's offer comes in the wake of recent sentiments by Amos that he was not looking to date again despite women offering him a shoulder to cry on.
