Fast And Furious Star Vin Diesel Sued For Forcing Himself On Former Employee

Fast and Furious actor Vin Diesel is facing sexual battery charges over an incident that happened with his former assistant, Asta Jonasson.

What happened between Vin Diesel and Asta Jonasson?

In a civil suit filed at the Los Angeles Superior Court on Thursday, Jonasson claimed that the star forced himself on her in 2010.

She explained that the incident happened in a hotel room in Atlanta, Georgia, with Diesel not only sexually abusing her but also masturbating in front of her.

Jonasson added that Diesel ignored her when she told him no.

When "screamed and ran towards the nearby bathroom", Diesel allegedly "pinned her against the bathroom with his body" and pleasured himself.

Soon after the incident ("mere hours"), Jonasson's lawsuit claims she was called by the Hollywood actor's sister, who runs his production company One Race Films and was fired.

"It was clear to her that she was being fired because she was no longer useful - Vin Diesel had used her to fulfil his sexual desires," Jonasson's lawsuit states.

What Jonasson wants

The former assistant is suing Diesel, his sister and his company.

Further, she is suing for gender discrimination, illegal retaliation, emotional distress and wrongful termination on top of the sexual battery charges, according to a report by BBC.

Jonasson is seeking a compensation of $10,000 (KSh 1.5 million) for each violation. She also wants punitive damages, although she has not specified the amount.

On his end, Diesel, through his lawyer Bryan Freedman, denied the allegations.

"Vin Diesel categorically denies this claim in its entirety," Freedman's statement read.

Jamie Foxx sued for sexual assault

Separately, US actor Jamie Foxx is in trouble after being taken to court over sexual assault allegations.

Foxx was sued by a lady identified only as Jane Doe.

According to a report by TMZ, the actor was at the Catch NYC & Roof in New York at around 11 pm in 2015 when Jane, the plaintiff, entered the establishment.

The actor was seated a table away from her and her friend.

Later in the night, the plaintiff's friend asked Foxx whether he would take a photo with her and the plaintiff, and he obliged.

Soon after, an "intoxicated" Foxx pulled her towards the back area of the bar where he "intentionally and without consent used force to touch the Plaintiff's person offensively."
