Kenyan Man Admits To Losing Sleep Over Woman He Likes: "Never Hit Me This Hard"

A Kenyan man identified as Kiiru James Kiiru has taken to social media to narrate his relationship woes.

A love-struck Kiiru

In a couple of clips shared on his TikTok, Kiiru said he could not sleep, although it was past midnight, because he was thinking of a lady he liked.

He explained that he had never felt that way towards any other lady, adding that he lights up ,he thinks of her.

"I have never been this fascinated by any woman out here. Like it has never hit me this hard...It's like saa sita usiku on Sunday, like midnight and I can't sleep because I am thinking about a particular person," he said.

"My problem is every time I think about this particular person I am out here smiling, I am glowing but my God I feel like she thinks I am not serious. She thinks it's a joke or maybe she's with someone else, I don't know....But my God It has never hit me this hard.....This is the real deal bana."

How Kiiru plans to confess

In another video, the smitten man explained how he had thought of the lady throughout the year, trying to figure out a way to woo her.

Further, he disclosed that he wanted to confess his feelings grandly with flowers and chocolates and had even already bought her a Christmas gift.

"Hii mapenzi imenitandika kitu...umewahi kufa mtu mpaka like haupati usingizi," he said.

"Have you just looked at someone and you are like...this is wife material, This is my wife bana."

However, Kiiru revealed that he did not think the lady in question would reciprocate his feelings, leaving him heartbroken.

"I'm hoping that maybe someday she will give me a chance," he remarked.

He added that he had pictured a life with the lady to the point of having dreams of them as a family and even pictured them having kids;g that he even knew the names of their imaginary children.

"Have you ever looked at someone and been like this is wife material..this is my wife."

"I am head over heels, deeply, intensely interested in her. She is driving me nuts."

Man unable to move one year after break up with lover

Elsewhere, a man lamented breaking up with the love of his life.

One year after their split, he disclosed that he had not been able to move on, adding their shared memories still played in his mind.

He explained how terrible the situation had been for him as he doubted if he would ever fall in love again.
