Kakamega senator Boni Khalwale has responded to a Kenyan who wondered why he always produces a candidate in every national exam.

On Monday, January 8, Khalwale took to social media to celebrate the impressive performance of his daughter in the 2023 Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) exams.

"Congratulations, Gift Atubukha Khalwale! I want to thank my family, the entire St Brigid High School-Kiminini fraternity, and above all, God, for supporting my little Tubu to this milestone," Khalwale said in his celebratory message.

However, a concerned Kenyan wondered how many children the outspoken senator had, given Khalwale rarely misses producing a candidate in every national examination.

"Kwani how many children does this man have? Each national examination he must have a candidate," a Kenyan identied as Eddie Onyango said.

The Senate Majority Whip cheekily responded to Onyango by asking if there was a problem with him having many children.

"Omera, kwani shida iko wapi," Khalwale posed.

In 2022, Khalwale was on Twitter again celebrating double milestones after two of his children shined in the 2021 KCSE test.

He lauded his daughter and son for making him proud after fairing convincingly well in the examinations. The two attained right above the minimum university entry grades.

Flavia Shimuli Khalwale, who schooled at Alliance Girls, scored 75 aggregate points, equalling a mean grade of A- (minus), with her brother, Stephen Kapten Khalwale, who schooled at Kakamega Boys High, scoring an aggregate of 47 points, a C+ (plus).
