A car dealer is thanking his angels for saving him from a group of gun-toting kidnappers who were on the verge of stealing his vehicle.
Details indicate that the man and his business partner had taken the white Toyota Landcruiser Prado to a "client" for viewing, only for things to go south.
The thugs tied up the duo (Brian Karanja and Ken Gitau) and bundled them into the vehicle before taking off on a long drive.

The Uber driver decided to give chase, after which the men in the Prado shot in the air to scare him away, but he did not relent as he wanted them to pay for the damage.
He heard someone screaming for help as they drove, only to stop the balded man inside wearing a white vest.
"The Prado lost control and hit the Thika Superhighway grills on the footbridge at Kahawa Wendani," Mbugua noted.
Public saved kidnap victim
Two men and one lady, all wielding guns, came out and fled on a boda boda, shooting in the air to scare away members of the public.
The eyewitnesses opened the vehicle and rescued the victim, whose mouth was covered and hands tied, from the boot.
"He says the gang took him on Friday and have been calling his family members demanding ransom," Mbugua added.
As of the time of filing this report, officers from the Kahawa Wendani police station had taken over the matter, but the suspects remain at large.
The damaged vehicle was towed and is currently at Ruiru Police Station. The two dealers who were missing are also safe.
Gov't official kidnapped at Sarit Centre
Elsewhere, Osman Khalif, a government Liaison Officer, was allegedly kidnapped by armed men on Friday, November 10, at the Sarit Centre while in the company of his wife.
The family, in a plea for help, revealed that Khalif was forcibly taken into a double-cabin vehicle during the abduction.
Despite their efforts, the family has been unsuccessful in locating Khalif since the incident and recently came out to plead for help.
