A representative from Word of Faith, a local church, expressed gratitude on behalf of the children, acknowledging the generosity of the police officers.

During a media briefing at the children's home, the pastor urged other law enforcement officers to follow suit and extend their support to those in need.

"I am happy and grateful to these police officers for their kind act," said the pastor.
"I would urge even other police officers to emulate this act of kindness because there are many needy children who need their help."

The pastor emphasized the importance of providing assistance to children's homes during the festive season, stressing that these children deserve love, care, and a sense of belonging.

A caregiver at the home shared the positive impact of the donation, expressing joy that the children would have a festive and memorable Christmas.

The caregiver emphasized the role the police officers played in creating a warm and loving atmosphere for the children.

"At least watoto wetu pia watafurahia, kama watoto wengine huko nje. Ata kama hawa hawaoni wazazi wao, wakati wamekuja hivi, wao ndio kama wazazi sasa. Wana ile furaha na wanahisi ile upendo ya wazazi. Ningependa kuwahimiza Wakenya wote, msimu huu wa Krismasi usiwe unakula pekee yako na watu wenu wa nyumbani pekee yake. Afadhali kufikiri pia, children's home, hawa watoto mayatima, na wenye hawajiwezi," remarked the caregiver.
