"The point of yesterday and all of those videos I have done is to show you guys how deep and dark being mentally ill is. How we hear about billions of voices in our heads, and somehow you still live. Every day that I wake up, I am alive, and I can exist. Existing is a privilege. Guys, thank you so much for being the best. I am okay. I have not lost my mind. That's just the other side of me," he said.
He admitted that he has two sides of him, one that is okay and the other that he is battling with mentally.
"I just wanted to show everyone what mental illness looks like. It is not glamorous. Stop glamorising mental illness. It's torture without end. And the greatest and the most mysterious thing is I wonder how I will live with it side by side," he added.
