Oscar Sudi class 7 dropout?
According to Derrick Juma, an investigator from the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC), Sudi dropped out of class seven at Luok Ngetuny Primary School in Eldoret, where he registered as Kipchumba Kipngétich in 1995.
The investigator's assessment of the evidence from all schools the MP listed led him to conclude that the MP had faked his KCSE certificate and a diploma certificate, which he used when he sought clearance to run for his MP seat in 2013.
Sudi was accused of forging a diploma certificate in business management, issued by the Kenya Institute of Management (KIM), a KCSE certificate, and a school leaving certificate from Highway Secondary School.
According to Juma, the details in the certificates had false information about index numbers, code numbers, and signatures.
