Nairobi - Confusion continues to mar the Jubilee Party as the rival factions within disagree on the resources.
The two sides claiming leadership of the former ruling political outfit are loyal to former president Uhuru Kenyatta and nominated MP Sabina Chege.
The former president's loyalists accused the breakaway counterparts of making away with over KSh 90 million which was distributed amongst themselves.

KSh 90 million loss blame
This was revealed in an accusatory post targeted at Sabina's team as they met on Wednesday, December 20, in Nairobi's Safari Park Hotel to deliberate on the party goings-on.
According to the accusers, who have Jeremiah Kioni as their secretary general, their rivals were meeting contrary to the court orders illegalising their formation.
"They even went ahead and swiped 90 million shillings from our bank accounts. Unfortunately, the money was shared between a few individuals, and there is nothing to show for it," said Kioni's side.
A day later, the other side of the splinter would come with a counter-accusation, claiming KSh 700 million was wired into individual accounts with the part being channelled to the Azimio campaign in 2022.
The Sabina-led side resolved to trace the monies, which would include probing those charged with overseeing the party coffers.
"That internal party mechanism be established to investigate the issue of our party funds to the tune of over KSh 700 million that was irregularly transferred to private hands and Azimio campaigns in the last elections instead of being used to support party aspirants," they said.
The team hinted at quitting the Azimio La Umoja, which they termed as abusive.
Jubilee Party's power struggle
Sabina, allied with EALA MP Kanini Kega, attempted to topple Uhuru as the Jubilee Party leader earlier this year.
The duo was part of the Azimio lieutenants advancing former prime minister Raila Odiga's presidential bid in 2022.
Jubilee teamed up with other outfits to form the Azimio La Umoja One Kenya Coalition Party, with whose ticket Raila sought the presidency.
However, over 25 MPs elected on the Jubilee ticket ditched Azimio and joined President William Ruto's Kenya Kwanza coalition.
Chege was appointed party leader, while Kega became the SG.
Kioni would then embark on fighting to reclaim the party from the two and maintain its ties with Azimio.
Since then, the sides have been toing and froing the corridors of justice to seek legal redress against the other.
At this moment, it is unclear to whom the party belongs.
In May this year, Uhuru attended the National Delegates Conference (NDC) called in Nairobi where the resolution to expel the breakaway faction was realised.
