Speaking to TUKO.co.ke, Nasasira said she was high maintenance, and whoever wanted to date her should be able to support her financially.
"I know my worth, I am expensive, and so if a man is interested in a relationship with me, he needs to handle my worth," she said.
The radio presenter was surprised that many men were irritated by her weekly upkeep, as they expressed mixed reactions.
Stingy men can't afford me, Nasasira
Some blasted her for overrating herself and asking too much, which did not make sense.
"Those who are bickering are the stingy and broke men who cannot afford me. There is no harm in a woman knowing her worth. I want women to value themselves and not be taken for granted by some men.
If someone cannot spend on you, there is no love. You cannot love me and not give me money. We cannot eat, sleep and clothe love. If you can't match my standards, stop the chatter and walk away," she said.
Nasasira said bitter men were the ones who were making the loudest noise in her inbox, saying her upkeep was too much.
Nandi man asks Ugandan Nasasira out
In another story, Bryan Tanui openly expressed his admiration and love for the curvy Ugandan journalist Nasasira and asked her out.
The man from Nandi county said he was a long-time admirer of Nasasira and wished to take her out for dinner.
Tanui also disclosed that he was willing to deliver 58 cows as the down payment for the beautiful lady who captured his heart.
"Brian will get to heaven very tired. I don't know where he will get the strength to sing and dance with the angels," a netizen joked.
