He explained that the nanny had shown the world what Kenyan workers are made of, which merited recognition.
"The kids' tears spoke volumes about their deep and priceless bond with Rozah. As Expeditions Maasai Safaris, we're determined to recognize, honour and reward Rozah's dedication," read his post.
He requested the public to help find Rosie, so she could go on a fully paid getaway to congratulate her for being a good ambassador.
Bonding for mama and babies
The company has fulfilled the promise as the kind nanny is currently in Maasai Mara with her three children having fun.
Photos showed the single mother spending quality time with the little ones, whom she had missed for years while working abroad.
The smiles on the kids' faces tell a story of a holiday the four will remember for years, especially after spending time apart.
In one of Rosie's videos, she disclosed there were days she would miss them, look into her employer's kids, and break into tears.
Rosie's boss changed tune
Meanwhile, Rosie's employer, Maria Cataleya, recently changed her tune and advised her to make money online.
After amassing a good following online, she has been going live with content on TikTok, with fans sending her monetary gifts.
Her former boss urged her to continue with content creation as she could earn KSh 76,000 to KSh 153,000 daily.
This was a shift from her initial position, where she had begged the nanny to return to work because she needed six nannies to hit her shoes.
