My Hero Academia is all about the struggles of heroes fighting villains and maintaining peace in the world. There are different classes of superheroes who risk their lives for the betterment of humanity. However, there are always an equal number of villains, making things difficult for the heroes. Most powerful villains sit at the top and are members of the League of Villains. However, many fans may wonder how these villains fare against each other. Well, let’s rank all the members of the League of Villains in My Hero Academia.
12. Kyudai Garaki
Also known as Daruma Ujiko, the elderly villain doctor from My Hero Academia’s universe is a genius scientist who has served All for One for ages. Even though his body is not potent enough to pick up fights with the heroes, he is considered one of the major antagonists of the series, thanks to his sinister mind.
He couldn’t support All for One’s army in the battles, so he created Nomus for backup. Moreover, he has a special quirk called Life Force that allows him to prevent death for a longer period. In the series, Kyudai Garaki admitted having lived on Earth for 120 years. Besides that, he is a skilled doctor who can treat the severe wounds of the members of The League of Villains.
11. Mustard
MHA’s Forest Training Camp Arc sees Mustard as the main antagonist. He is a C-Rank villain of The League of Villains’ Vanguard Action Squad. Mustard’s quirk called Gas helped him become one of the most useful assets to the organization.
The quirk allows Mustard to release a sleep-inducing gas on the enemies. His grasp on the quirk is so good that he can find the enemies in the typhoon of the gas. However, he isn’t immune to the gas himself, so he is usually seen wearing a mask to protect himself.
Apart from that, the young villain doesn’t boast any combat skills. So, if he’s ambushed by a villain suddenly and he’s not having his weapon or doesn’t get a chance to use his quirk, Mustard’s surely dead.
10. Moonfish
Moonfish is a B-Rank Villain of the Vanguard Action Squad and one of the strongest members of The League of Villains in My Hero Academia. His quirk, called Blood Tooth, allows him to slay his enemies with his teeth, which get transformed into sharp blades. He amputated one of Mezo Shoji’s arms with the quirk during the Vanguard Action Squad Invasion.
With his long teeth, Moonfish can attack and kill enemies from a long distance. His fascination for flesh makes him a merciless foe to anyone. Well, his obsession with flesh also became a reason for him to join the villainous organization.
9. Shuichi Iguchi
Shuichi Iguchi, aka Spinner, is a C-Rank villain who resembles a reptile. His potency as a villain led him to earn the position among the nine lieutenants of the Paranormal Liberation Front. Spinner is fascinated by the Slain, so he wears clothes like the Hero Hunter. He is good at close combat, so he could fight the Pro Hero Mandalay for several minutes during the training invasion and dodge every attack by the powerful opponent.
Not only can he overwhelm the enemies with his quirks, but he can also defeat them by observing their moves. Initially, Spinner had a quirk called Gecko that allowed him to stick to the walls like reptiles, but it was the quirks, Body Bulk and Scalemail, that he received later from AFO that made him a tough foe for the heroes.
8. Kenji Hikiishi
Despite being a long-gone member of The League of Villains, it would not be a fair decision to not give a position to the character on this list. Well, that’s because when she was an active member of the organization, it wasn’t easy for any opponent to defeat her.
Kenji Hikiishi, also known as Magne, joined the villainous organization to live like a free bird. Magne was a woman with a masculine body and a criminal mindset. Her quirk was magnetism, which she used as offense and defense. She was a tough combatant who handled close combats without breaking a sweat.
7. Chainsaw Nomu
The Chainsaw Nomu is the tenth member of the Vanguard Action Squad. His quirk gives him six additional arms in the form of tools: one claw hammer, one drill, and four chainsaws. This Nomu doesn’t have any personality as it can only follow the orders of its superior. So, despite being a deadly foe, it is overshadowed by other members.
During the training camp, Dabi ordered Chainsaw Nomu to kill anyone from the U.A. high school he encounters. So, Nomu started following Yosetsu Awase and Momo Yaoyorozu. However, before this Nomu could kill them, Dabi ordered him to stop, and as per its programming, the Chainsaw Nomu did the same.
6. Gigantomachia
As his name suggests, Gigantomachia is a gigantic villain with a massive build. No wonder he is one of the most loyal servants of AFO. He might seem polite initially, but soon, you will get to know how aggressive he can be when someone doesn’t cooperate with him. He is also someone who only lives for his master and can do everything for their sake.
Gigantomachia is a walking disaster that shows no mercy to those who oppose his master. He possesses superhuman strength, speed, and durability. The only thing that holds him back sometimes is his lack of analytical skills.
5. Kurogiri
Kurogiri is a B-Rank Villain and a Nomu who was created to guard Tomura Shigaraki. His quirk allows him to send his enemy to a different portal using a dark fog portal. The Warp Gate has no limitations except that the Nomu must be aware of the exact location where he wants to send the opponent.
Kurogiri often appears as the most polite Nomu, who behaves nicely with everyone, including his enemies. However, once he receives the order from his master, Kurogiri loses the ability to think and doesn’t stop until the task has been done.
4. Himiko Toga
Himiko Toga was one of the nine lieutenants of the Paranormal Liberation Front. She is one of those who can beat the crap of enemies in close combat. She comes with a quirk that helps her trick the opponent by becoming someone else and copying their voice.
Throughout the series, she has become incredibly skilled at copying other superheroes’ quirks, and this undoubtedly makes her a dangerous villain. She was seen fighting Uraraka in the final war and almost killed her, but Himiko decided to sacrifice her life to save her foe.
3. Dabi
Dabi was a hero’s son but his selfish actions often made people avoid him, and that’s the reason why he joined The League of Villains in My Hero Academia. His abilities helped him become a lieutenant of the Paranormal Liberation Front. When he was a child, his father often told him that he believed Dabi would one day surpass All Might. Dabi got obsessed with the dream and became stubborn with time.
Being the son of Endeavor, Dabi had it in his genes. He also underwent rigorous training at a very young age, so he undoubtedly had to grow up as a powerful being. However, instead of becoming a hero, he chose to be a villain, and since the day he joined the organization, he earned the title of a mass murderer and the most dangerous criminal.
2. Tomura Shigaraki
Tomura Shigaraki is the leader of the League of Villains and the successor of AFO, who raised the boy only to make him kill All Might. Since childhood, he has been a malevolent individual who would do anything for power.
Throughout the series, Tomura has improved heavily in terms of powers and strength. He, in fact, surpassed AFO and gave the pro heroes a tough ride.
His physical strength has increased, and he has grown in intellect over time. His observing powers helped him in many battles
