How To Complete Resistance’s Role Model In Throne And Liberty

The Resistance’s Role Model is certainly one of the trickier quests that I have come across so far in Throne and Liberty, and it can get very confusing to complete.

Most of the quests in the new MMO are relatively straightforward, but a few can be really tricky. The Resistance’s Role Model can be broken down into sub-parts, and the first couple of tasks are really confusing. You’ll also need to have an Orc morph to pull this off successfully (there are rumors you can bypass that requirement, but I did it normally).

The Resistance’s Role Model quest can be broken down into five parts.

• Step 1: Accepting the quest from the Captain at Watcher’s Post.
• Step 2: Catapult yourself (quite literally).
• Step 3: Morph into an Orc.
• Step 4: Survive the Fire Cave.
• Step 5: Get the Specter Soul Stone.

Now, let’s see a more detailed explainer on how you can complete the five steps.

Step 1: Accepting the quest

The Watcher’s Post Captain can be found at the Watcher’s Post, located right outside the Fonos basin. Upon volunteering for the quest, the captain will wish you good luck and thus begin your Resistance’s Role Model quest in Throne and Liberty.

Step 2: Finding the Catapult

The catapult is found in the sky landing towards Fonos Basin. You’ll come across a point on the cliff where you can use the grapple tool to climb. While you can catapult on your own, it’s easier to do with a companion. Your companion should activate the catapult once you’re set. Make sure that you don’t take any damage upon landing.

To do the last step, morph yourself midway through your jump to climb and avoid any fall damage.

Step 3: Morphing into an Orc

The Fonos Basin Fire Cave is filled with Orc, so transform yourself into a brawler. Doing so allows you to enter the fire cave without any detection. To get the morph, you’ll have to defeat the Orc Brawler Chief. This can be found via the Land of the Wild, Fonos Basin challenge. Activating the challenge will cause the Chief to respawn so you can defeat him.

Step 4: Surviving the Fire Cave

This part becomes really easy as other Orcs won’t be able to detect your disguise.

Step 5: Obtaining the Specter Soul Stone

You’ll want to be careful while trying to retrieve the Specter Soul Stone. The location of the stone will be viewable from the map once you enter the Fire Cave. Even if you’re in disguise, the nearby orcs can detect you at this step. Be extremely careful while trying to secure the valuable resource.

That’s pretty much it all when it comes to the Resistance’s Role Model quest in Throne and Liberty. Once you have retrieved the Specter Soul Stone, make your way back to the captain in Watcher’s Post to end the quest, and obtain all your rewards.
