To start a mission as a Soul Reaper in Paradox, you’ll need to reach the Division Trainer NPC. He is close to the center of Soul Society, in the garden just left of the giant stairs. Press “,” on your keyboard to enable NPC labels on your screen and make finding him easier.

Once you reach the Division Trainer, talk to him, select a mission from the list, and then press Make Active to queue for the mission. If a lot of people are doing the same mission at once, you’ll have to wait a bit.

How to Solve Takedown Assault Missions

Takedown Assault requires you to kill two Soul Reapers. They usually spawn far away from each other, so killing them one by one shouldn’t be a problem. However, sometimes empowered reapers appear, making the mission extremely difficult if you’re a beginner.

How to Solve Transport The Buyer Missions

Transport The Buyer is by far the most tedious mission in Paradox. You have to go in front of the NPC and lead him to the checkpoint. However, anyone can kill the NPC and prevent you from finishing the mission. So, you have to defend him from potentially much stronger reapers, which is sometimes simply impossible.

How to Solve Apprehend Pirate Missions

Apprehend Pirate might seem tedious because you’ll have to carry a person. However, by constantly dashing with Q (don’t flash-step because it’s slower), you can finish the second part of it fairly quickly. Note that any damage you take will make you drop the pirate to the ground.

How to Solve Find the Imposter Missions

Find the Imposter is the safest and easiest type of mission to do as a Soul Reaper in Paradox. The only thing you need to do is kill all the NPCs in the area until you find the imposter. The NPCs are completely defenseless, and there is no chance of anyone else interfering with your quest.

Wave Defense is fairly similar to Takedown Assault, though enemies spawn one by one, and they will run toward you instead of waiting idly. The only thing you need to worry about during these missions is to grip (B) the one you down ASAP, or you might end up in a 1v2.

Scavenger Hunt is fairly simple and can often be done quicker than Find The Imposter. It requires you to visit three pink buttons around the map and interact with them (M1). Chase And Exterminate is my favorite mission to do while trying to level up as a Soul Reaper in Paradox. It requires you to kill a single Arrancar NPC, and if you’re already strong, that’ll be a piece of cake. Even though it gives the least EXP and Yen, because you can do it so quickly, it’s the best mission for progression.

How to Solve Defend The Point Missions

Defend The Point is pretty similar to Wave Defense, though, in this one, you’ll also have to worry about the enemies not capturing the blue square on which you spawn. Since they’ll follow you around instead of trying to capture the square, failing this mission in such a way is borderline impossible.
