A man who hurt his spinal cord in a gruesome road accident and became paralysed can now heave a sigh of relief after Eric Omdoni raised KSh 413,000 to buy him an electric chair.

Omondi starts a business for Kipkemboi's wife

In an Instagram post shared by Omondi, the man explained that he was transporting tomatoes from Kiambu to Eldoret when he got involved in an accident.

"I am paralysed from my chest downwards, and can't feed my family since I cannot move," Peter Kipkemboi told TUKO.co.ke.

"An electric chair costs around KSh 350,000. Team Sisi Kwa Sisi we are buying this man a wheelchair today and we will start a business for his wife in Eldoret so that she can feed her kids and husband," hesaid.

According to Kipkemboi, he has eight mental plates around his spine. Omondi called on his online lieutenants to contribute any amount they could afford, as little as KSh 10.

Omondi thanks netizens after raising over KSh 413,000

"Team sisi kwa sisi, we did it again! God wins! God will richly remember you! We raised KSh 413,000 and bought him an electric wheel chair, then gave the balance to his wife to start a business. Peter is still jobless and has two children," said Omondi.

Eric Omondi raises KSh 600 for hawker

In another story, Omondi raised KSh 600,000 within three hours for a woman who watched helplessly as Nairobi county askaris destroyed her stock.

Omondi, just like many other Kenyans, was dismayed by my photos doing rounds on the internet after the lady was shown weeping as her stock was destroyed before her eyes.

The comedian vowed to change her life and urged people to keep sending her money to her number.
