In a tweet that has gone viral, the woman, @memi254, vowed that she has never dated a man from her tribe.

She called them immature and basic, and they knew nothing about romance.

@memoi254 claimed that a Kalenjin man could live abroad for 20 years and still have their positive ways.

The lady noted that she would rather get married to an Indian man and pay her own dowry.

She wrote:

"I'm a Kalenjin, but you will never see me dating men from that community. Very useless, careless, basic and non-romantic men. A Kalenjin man is someone who can live abroad for 20 years and he still has local behaviours. I would rather get married to a Muhindi and pay dowry."
