Why is Pancras looking for owner of beautiful landscape?
The initiative was sparked by Pancras Karema, who posted on Facebook after receiving photos of the stunning residence.
Pancras then expressed the desire to reward the homeowner with a Christmas gift.

"Someone sent me these photos of this beautiful home right here in Kenya. Ati mwenyewe amesema hapa ndipo atafurahia Christmas take," wrote Pancras Karema.
"Now I am kindly requesting you to help me get the owner. I appreciate him with a Christmas gift hamper afurahie Christmas hata zaidi. WhatsApp call 0783 999 999," he added.
Further speaking to TUKO.co.ke, Pancras revealedthe chosen homeowner would receive a shopping gift voucher as a token of appreciation for their beautifully landscaped compound.
Beautiful home has been talk of town
The search led to Hillary Rugut, a resident of Kapsimotwa in Chematich, Nandi, whose home has become the talk of the town.
TUKO.co.ke previously reported on Rugut's picturesque residence, featuring a well-maintained driveway bordered by lush greenery, manicured shrubs, and a trimmed fence.
The images also showcased Rugut lounging in the garden with his family, creating a picture-perfect scene.
Rugut, a man of many talents working as a land surveyor and farmer, shared his passion for landscaping, which started as a hobby around 2017.
The turning point came when a client, Magistrate Amos Mokoros, inspired him to explore landscaping while working on a land survey.
Launch of landscaping business
The friendship blossomed, leading to the launch of a landscaping business with Mokoros across the Rift Valley.
"You can reach us for all types of landscaping services," Rugut announced.
As the tour company continues its search for Rugut, the anticipation of a special Christmas surprise builds.
The enchanting garden has garnered admiration from Kenyans and has become a symbol of community appreciation, turning Rugut's home into a beacon of holiday cheer.
Kenyans impressed by Nandi man's home
Earlier, TUKO.co.ke also reported that the creative man earned the admiration of netizens after sharing photos of his garden.
Hillary Rugut, from Nandi Hills, posted the images on Facebook, and many celebrated him.
He told TUKO.co.ke that he was behind the eye-catching garden.
The images depicted a long driveway leading to his house. Well-manicured shrubs and a trimmed fence lined the driveway, which had lush green grass.
