Nairobi - Public Service Cabinet Secretary Moses Kuria has not been a quiet man on social media since he was snubbed for state commendations.
Kuria's name was conspicuously missing from the list of Kenyans to be feted by President William Ruto on Jamhuri Day,
Among those conferred with state honours during the Jamhuri Day celebrations were nine Cabinet Secretaries (CSs).

The president honoured the nine CSs with the Elder of the Order of the Golden Heart of Kenya (EGH) for their exemplary performance.
After missing out on the award, Kuria sent a cryptic message about the list of those honoured by the president.
In his post on X, Kuria suggested that he would still be there despite missing out on the list of those the head of state feted.
He shared two photos, one with the list of those awarded with Elder of the Order of the Golden Heart of Kenya (EGH) and another with the names of those working in the office of Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua.
"We shall be there no matter what," Kuria said.
Kuria appoints himself photographer
On Wednesday, December 13, the CS shared photos taking photos during the Jamhuri Day celebrations at Uhuru Gardens.
In one of the images, the CS was being shown how to use the camera as Energy CS Davis Chirchir looked on.
Kuria hilariously suggested that he had taken over the din-house Cabinet photographer duties
"The Cabinet Family Photographer at work during Jamhuri Day Celebrations," he wrote.
Donald Kipkorir slams gov't for snubbing Kuria
Earlier, flamboyant city lawyer Donald Kipkorir criticised Ruto for snubbing Kuria in the state honours award.
In a statement on Tuesday, December 12, Kipkorir questioned why Kuria was not among those given the award, yet it is a tradition for all Cabinet secretaries to receive it.
According to Kipkorir, the Elder of the Order of the Golden Heart of Kenya (EGH) is given to CSs based on tradition and not as a mark of excellence.
"All Cabinet ministers get EGH by tradition. It is unfair to leave out my friend, Moses Kuria. National honours are given out like confetti. Let every minister get it, as it isn’t a mark of excellence but tradition," Kipkorir said.
