A woman from Zimbabwe dismisses the results of a DNA test that suggested her son seeking inheritance is not biologically related to the late father she had claimed.

The woman's son had asserted his right to inheritance, prompting the deceased man's relatives to question the validity of his paternity.

To settle the dispute, the family turned to The Closure DNA, where the host, Tinashe, guided the audience through the testing process.

"We tested two aunts and the child in question, assuming the aunts are full siblings to the alleged late brother," explained Tinashe.

"The results are as follows: the probability of relatedness is 0.0001%. In other words, the child does not match with both his aunties. He is not related to the deceased."

In response to the shocking revelation, the woman, facing the possibility that the man she claimed was the father may not be, expressed her disagreement with the results.

"I do not agree to this," she declared during the show.

The son, whose paternity was called into question, remained silent when asked for his comments on the matter.

Despite the upheaval, the deceased man's relatives emphasized the importance of maintaining familial bonds.

"Our relationship cannot be shattered because of this. If it was otherwise, there was no problem. But still, our relationship cannot end because of that," said one of the aunts.

A lawyer involved in the case weighed in, stating, "We cannot blame the young man. It is good that the truth is out.

Whether the child was brought up by the father or not, he or she has the right to inheritance."

However, the mother of the young man, doubting the DNA results, expressed her disbelief.

"Because he was the father of my child. I am even shocked. I just know he was the father of my child. So I am also troubled."
