The Call of Duty franchise is one of the most significant parts of modern shooter games. Whether you like it or not, you can’t deny the fans’ anticipation for any new game that comes from the beloved Activision franchise. With that said, Call of Duty Black Ops 6 is right around the corner. So, if you are wondering if your PC can run Call of Duty Black Ops 6, keep reading to learn about the minimum and recommended system requirements.
While the PC requirements seem similar to those of Modern Warfare 3, there are some changes in this year’s edition. At least for the storage part, the rumored 300 GB download size is not what you will face. So, before the game starts rolling out for beta, have a look at the requirements below.
Minimum System Requirements for Call of Duty Black Ops 6
The minimum requirements for Black Ops 6 are not significantly different from what we expect from a COD game. Although we mentioned in our Modern Warfare 3 review that the campaign performed well, the bloating of other installations, along with the campaign, makes the game hard on lower-end PCs. We will have to see if there is anything different in that department with the lower download size.
- GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 / GTX 1650 or AMD Radeon RX 470
- CPU: Intel Core i5-6600 or AMD Ryzen 5 1400
- RAM: 8 GB RAM
- OS: Windows 10 64 Bit (latest update)
- STORAGE: SSD with 149 GB available space at launch (78 GB if COD HQ and Warzone are already installed)
Recommended System Requirements for Optimal Performance
While COD games are infamous for performance issues in multiplayer mode specifically, recommended system requirements will always give you optimal performance. This year, Treyarch and Raven Software are claiming that campaign, multiplayer, and the latest zombie mode will all fall under the same requirements. This means if you are rocking the recommended PC, the Call of Duty Black Ops 6 experience will be a delight!
