Trans Nzoia Senator Allan Chesang has shown his generosity and appreciation to a rising comedian, Millicent Ayuwa, popularly known as Dem wa Facebook.
The senator met the young talent at a football tournament in Katale, County.
The event was organised by Trans Nzoia Governor George Natembeya to promote sports and entertainment in the region.
Dem wa Facebook was among the invited artistes who entertained the crowd with her hilarious jokes and skits.

She impressed the audience with her witty and relatable humour, drawing laughter and applause from the dignitaries and the locals.
Why did Senator Chesang reward Dem wa Facebook?
Senator Chesang was particularly impressed by the comedian’s performance and decided to reward her for her talent and hard work.
He gave her a cash gift of KSh 20,000 on the spot and promised to sponsor her flight to Nairobi.
The comedian could not hide her joy and gratitude as she received the unexpected gift from the senator.
She thanked him for his kindness and support, saying that he had made her dreams come true.
“I’m very grateful to Senator Chesang. He gave me KSh 20,000 for entertaining him during the tournament. He also promised to give me a first-time flight experience; he will book a flight to Nairobi for me,” she said.
Dem wa Facebook honours Churchill
Previously, the content creator praised the Godfather of Kenyan comedy Daniel Ndambuki, aka Churchill, for helping her get known.
The lass shot to fame after appearing at Churchill Show, Kakamega edition, in 2022, and she killed the show.
"I had always wanted to appear on Churchill Show, and when I went for an audition, the first time and was lucky. I did my best, and people liked my jokes. Churchill ilinijenga," she narrated.
Dem wa Facebook showered Churchill with praise for giving her a chance to showcase her talent to the world.
