"This program is about giving you a chance to change your circumstances to change your life; everything you talked of as a challenge, we are leaving it behind because this is a comprehensive integrated program that takes care of all your needs as a student," said James Mwangi, the CEO Equity Group.

Speaking during the commissioning ceremony, Mwangi told the student selected for the 2024 cohort that the company will take care of all their financial needs, and all they have to do is concentrate on achieving their dreams for a better future.

The CEO further advised the students to adhere to the three principles they agreed upon joining the program.

"It will be unfortunate four years later to come back and realize you never used the wings to transform yourself, you will have lost that golden opportunity of becoming who you could ever be
Every dream held by each of you is valid but it will require the discipline, the self-lead, the self-empowerment and of course, the process of learning and getting educated," added Mwangi.
