Which Kenyan celebs are building mansions?
1. Mulamwah
Comedian David Oyando, popularly known as Mulamwah, is living his dream of owning a home in his rural village.
The funnyman has been building a lavish house in Kitale, where he hails from. Mulamwah opened up about the challenges and sacrifices he made in pursuing his ambitious project.
He said he had funded the construction from his pocket without taking any loans or seeking sponsors. In a video shared on Instagram, he disclosed it would cost him up to KSh 15 million to complete the five-bedroom mansion.
2. Khaligraph Jones
In September, rapper Khaligraph Jones unveiled his opulent mansion that was nearing completion.
As seen in a video, the two-storey structure is elegantly painted in pristine white from the foundation to the top.
While captioning the video, the musician expressed optimism and anticipation for the completion of his future home.
"We will get there soon Inshallah," he wrote.
3. Terence Creative and Milly Chebby
The couple has not been left behind in making money moves.
In April, Terence proudly announced that he had started building a house with his wife, Milly Chebby.
The content creator posted images showing them next to the foundation in an upscale location.
Terence and Milly also own a three-bedroom house in Joska built for his late grandmother.
4. MCA Tricky
Francis Munyao popularly referred to by his stage name MCA Tricky, is a household name in Kenya.

The funny man publicly shared photos of the project on his Facebook page.

5. Dorea Chege
Actress Dorea Chege, who burst into the limelight for playing Maggie in the defunct Citizen TV show Maria also showcased the house she was building.
The actress posted a video of the building under construction. She used a thumbnail of a two-storey house in the video, perhaps indicating the house design she wanted.
The short clip depicted numerous construction workers busy at the site with sand and gravel littered around.
From the short clip, Dorea’s house, located in a sparsely populated area, could be worth several millions.
