A fed-up wife has disclosed that she got to her breaking point and evicted her husband and their son from their home just before Christmas.
According to the 38-year-old, she was unimpressed by the fact that the two just lazed around the house while she did all the chores.
Husband protects lazy son
The Mirror reports that the angry wife complained about constantly begging her husband to help with chores around the house, but he never does.

To make matters worse, their son has been following in his footsteps by leaving the house in a mess and expecting his 15-year-old sister to clean up after him.
Whenever she tried to discipline the young man for his laziness, the husband took his side and overruled her orders.
"He does the bare minimum when I force him, and that's it. And our son is learning from him," she lamented.
Woman got to breaking point
She recalled a recent incident where she went shopping with their daughter and requested the duo to tidy up the house, but they failed to.
When she returned home with a friend, she was shocked and embarrassed to find the house was still in a mess.
"My friend smiled and downplayed it as normal, but I could see the looks she exchanged with her boyfriend. We chatted for 20 minutes after I cleaned the living room a bit, and then they left," she continued.
After cleaning up, she argued with her husband and son about their laziness before throwing them out.
Son is apologetic
A few hours after leaving, the mother says her son called from the guest house where they were staying and begged her to let him back in.
She told him to request again next year, and she might consider it, but they are banned for Christmas.
While the woman remains adamant that she made the right decision, her family argues that she went overboard, especially with her son.
"I think he needs a serious wake-up call, and this will be it. And I don't care about hubby at this point," she concluded.
Mwangi enjoys doing house chores
In a contrary story, Nairobi's Mwangi Ndiritu enjoys doing all the house chores while his wife, Elizabeth Nyanjiru, focuses on her career.
The two lovebirds met in high school, became sweethearts, and married in 2020.
As it happened, Elizabeth got a higher-paying job with a more demanding schedule, forcing Mwangi to take a backseat and play a supporting role.
